An evidence-based, trauma-informed approach
The Recovery Clinic clinicians are well trained and informed on the impact trauma can have on an individual’s neurological, biological, psychological and social development, and how these impact us as clinicians, as parents, family members and carers.
We have training in bi-cultural, multicultural and cross-cultural aspects of trauma and how we all respond and react differently. We utilise largely researched modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy.
We are committed to helping you resolve the trauma you may have endured, so that you can live the life you want to live.
The Recovery Clinic welcomes people from all walks of life, no matter your life story or the challenges you may have faced.
